A report that lands in a folder nobody opens is a design bug. The work comes to your inbox, on a schedule, whether or not you sat down at the computer.

Nothing leaves the building without a number.

Agents draft. You approve. Email, deploys, and payments go out only when you reply with that item's number, and the numbers can only run what was already proposed.

A silent agent never looks like a quiet one.

A station that times out or crashes is reported as failed, by name. Before any station may say "nothing to report", it has to list what it actually checked.

    A working office: a coordinating agent, job agents with defined triggers and outputs, and backups. Sized to the blueprint.

Built by the person who runs it every day

Brodie Wells is a former development director and a service-disabled veteran who served 20 years in the Navy. He built this crew to run his own work: a veteran-owned government contracting firm, a grant discovery company, this consulting practice, a weekly local podcast, his volunteer roles, and a household. He reads one email a morning and answers it with numbers.

He founded InnovativeCraft to teach other people to build the same thing: a crew that does the recurring work, reports to one inbox, and never acts on anything that leaves the building without approval.
